B - Beginner
Beginner level on-going classes for persons new to yoga or new to Iyengar yoga. Emphasizes the basics required to attend a level 2 class.
1 (Level One) - Beginner & Continuing
Beginner and continuing level on-going Iyengar yoga classes emphasizing standing poses, seated poses, forward extensions and Sarvangasana.
2 (Level Two) - Continuing
Continuing level on-going Iyengar yoga classes. Standing, seated, forward extensions and Sarvangasana should be well established and principles of Iyengar yoga well understood. Beginning practice of Sirsasana and back extensions.
* Permission from the instructor is required to attend.
1&2 (Level One & Two) - Beginner & Continuing
Beginner and continuing level on-going Iyengar yoga classes emphasizing standing poses, seated poses, forward extensions and Sarvangasana.
3 (Level Three) - Continuing
Continuing level on-going Iyengar yoga classes for the Iyengar yoga student.
* Permission from the instructor is required to attend.
4 (Level Four) - Intermediate
Intermediate level Iyengar yoga classes are 2 hours long and are open to all Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers.
* Admission for all other practitioners is by invitation of the instructor only.
V - Vigorous
Vigorous on-going Iyengar yoga classes for the Iyengar yoga student.
* Permission from the instructor is required to attend.
P - Pranayama
Continuing level on-going pranayama classes for the Iyengar yoga student.
* Permission from the instructor is required to attend.
