6:30-8:30 PM Pranayama - Have you ever wondered how to take effortless, deeper inhalations? Learn this simple but elegant method from Geetaji's 2015 Yoganusasanum teachings that will keep you passive, observant yet filled. Other reinforcing and augmenting methods from over the years will also be shown.
9 AM-12 PM Standing Poses - Learn to integrate the major limbs of the body into a unified whole for an experience of firmness, lightness and evenness of body & mind. Standing poses give us a great opportunity to understand how an asana should feel
in general so that we can carry that understanding forward to all the other asanas. Key concepts from Geetaji's 2015 Yoganusasanum teachings will be explored.
1-4 PM Twists - Forward Extensions - Finding the freedom in forward extensions. Too often we try to bend forward from the wrong place and so progress can be slow. Where to bend forward from is often surprising to people. Come learn the easier way to bend forward.
9 AM-12 PM Back Extensions - When you practice asanas do you just do them or do you find out in which way they get done for you? Learn how to use the secret force that makes the poses first effort-less and then effortless.
1-4 PM Twists - Do your twists just revolve or do they evolve? Finding where to work from in twists makes them so much easier, rewarding and evolved. Come learn the exact places to trigger the poses from their potential to their realized state.
